If 3 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used, damaged, or washed items.

Items without original packaging or tags.

Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective).

Customized or personalized products.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side).

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

6. Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the desired item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.
