At MHstore, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

We reserve the right to delay processing in case of high order volume, stock verification, or payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Time:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

3. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are totally free.

4. Cash on Delivery:

Customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery.

Refusal of confirmed COD orders without valid reason may result in future order restrictions.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if order verification fails.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and coordinate with the courier if needed.

6. Incorrect Address:

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect address

Additional charges caused by wrong contact details

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

7. Damaged or Missing Items:

If you receive a damaged parcel:

Do not accept it without checking.

Report the issue within 24 hours with clear pictures or video proof.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be entertained.
